标题: [更新]三国策客服信箱地址更改公告

由于我们的客服信箱地址：service@gamlaxy.com.tw属于台湾域名，不时会有少数玩家反映用163或新浪的信箱发信接收不到，而且有时已经给玩家回信但是玩家始终无法收到处理结果造成沟通方面的困难，对于此问题我们决定更改邮箱域名地址的措施，具体内容如下：

一、自12月7日（星期四）将原来的客服信箱service@gamlaxy.com.tw更改为service@gamlaxy.com.cn，请各位玩家从本公告发布之日起有问题发送到 service@gamlaxy.com.cn的三国策新信箱地址；

二、为了防止玩家初期不适应而发错信箱，我们在12月24日（星期日）24：00前还会陆续将发送到service@gamlaxy.com.tw的信箱邮件进行处理，并且会在处理后提醒玩家下次请发送正确的邮箱地址；

三、如果您在发送到新信箱的过程中出现系统退信的提示，您可以在12月24日完全调整完毕前依旧将信件发送到service@gamlaxy.com.tw，调整过程中给您带来的不便深感抱歉！
